Undergraduate and Graduate Degree Study Fellowships
The undergraduate and graduate degree study fellowships is administered by the East-West Center for students from Asia, the Pacific and the U.S. to participate in educational and research programs in residence at the East-West Center while pursuing graduate study at the University of Hawai'i.

Graduate Certificate Program
In addition to degree study fellowships, applications are invited for participation in the Asia Pacific Leadership Program (APLP), the center of excellence for leadership education in the Asia Pacific Region. The APLP is a graduate certificate program combining the development of regional expertise with the enhancement of individual leadership capacity. Application Deadline: December 1, 2008.
